Community of Hope serves people all across Washington, DC. We operate three community health centers, one resource hub, multiple site-based housing programs, and at partnership locations.
Community of Hope (COH) is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that provides primary and preventive care services for both insured and uninsured patients.
COH receives U.S. Department of Health and Human Services funding and has Federal Public Health Services (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
